almost 2 weeks off training. You lose mostly water and glycogen. Was on antibiotics and not doing great.
Had a light session and a sauna yesterday and will do the same today.
Always try your best.
Your best will differ day to day.
Even hour to hour.
Even minute to minute.
Even second to second.
Just do your best at each second and you’ll thrive.
