@lifesafeast A little touch of saffron for the color. It makes it lively. ☀️ And 2-3 whole cloves. It gives the soup a little extra tastiness and even people who don't like cloves cannot tell, that's what's in it. ;) Cloves soothes cold symptoms, like coughing and sore throat. :)

I went to the cherry trees yesterday evening. 🌸😍 The Half Moon was posing with the cherry blossoms, so I did a close up, and when I looked at the photo later on, I noticed, I also captured 3 huge bees. 😂 Plus an airplane flew by. It's all good, though. :) 🌸🌸🌸🐝🐝🐝🌙☀️

The atmosphere in Toronto is electric today! They just unveiled the new name for the area in front of the Russian Consulate. It's now called "Free Ukraine Square"🇺🇦 Also, the big St. Patrick's Day Parade is starting at noon. Pubs are already busy, thousands will celebrate 🍀☀️

Vegan Lemon Cheesecake with Strawberry Sauce 🍋🍓 I'm not vegan but this is so good! I had strawberries left from the Strawberry Pie, I made them into a sauce. This cake is chilled, no bake, requires 0 baking skills. Also on the picture, my favorite tea kettle. 😍 It's so cute!

My Sunday shopping: Lavender! 😍💜 The first pot of flower for my balcony this year. Lavender is good for the nervous system. John Parkinson herbalist in 1640 described it as "especially good use for all griefs and pains of the head and brain". Who doesn't need that these days?💜
