1. |2/2 i would mostly eat chicken, cucumbers, bell peppers, apples, n grapes i didnt really eat anything else because i would try and keep my intake around 100-300. I did overeat sometimes as a result of having my intake so low, but bc of my bmi being high it didnt affect my wl.
