A guy was resting inside a cafe and when asked to leave by staff he asked for coffee which he got for free. As he was leaving I asked him if he wants to eat something and his face lit up. Got him what he liked - pancakes. Now he can eat, drink & get to stay a bit longer. Simple.

We would not have found out the condition of LTC facilities in 🇨🇦, until perhaps it was our own turn, had so many seniors not died - 81% of the total deaths - highest in OECD countries - at the start of the pandemic. Let’s not forget. It’s just a matter of time when it’ll be us.
