#Nature gave us 30000 edible plant species, but we grow only abt 170, of which 3 cereal crops dominate- source @timesofindia #Hyderabad . Is it a sustainable solution? We need to increase diversity of plant species (and also varieties of the same species) in our diets!

An interesting analysis of average salaries (self declared affidavits) of Indian lawmakers (sitting MPs from 2014 LokSabha) - doctorates have avg annual self income as Rs 15.05 lakhs whereas postgraduate - Rs 24.33L, graduate - Rs 41.28L & 5th Pass- Rs 141.36L @timesofindia 😃🤣

A beautiful day (15th Apr) with family & friends in Pinnacles Desert of Nambung National Park & Lancelin Sand Dunes, ca. 200km north of Perth. The Pinnacles are amazing natural limestone structures, formed ca. 25,000-30,000 yrs ago after sea receded & left deposits of sea shells.
