Sir, just look into the vendors of the Guwahati Railway Station platform as they charge much more than the printed price. This is from Platform No 6 of Ghy Railway Station where I was charged ₹40 instead of ₹30 and also refused to provide the invoice. @RailMadad @RailMinIndia

This is the situation of IR sir, this train #22159 mumbai to chennai @ night time these vendors has blocked the entry doors of the bogie, how a passenger will enter as the train halt for 2-3 minutes. And by the way this not pantry car this is S7 bogie # indian railway
