I love Sha'Carri but you guys make it so fxcking hard to be a fan.
The American misinformation and exaggeration is why the sport is doing so bad THERE.
Sha'Carri can win every race here on out, Julien is still the fastest woman and the Olympic Champion for the next 4 years.
With the end of the Diamond League Final, which signals the end of track season, we can all agree that (outside of Juju) women sprints is boring asf without the big three.
Yβall been waiting a long time for this, but soooo excited to reveal that Iβll be heading to Paris this summer with
@puma
@PUMARunning
as the official host of the PUMA House.
IM SO EXCITED!!!!!!!
SEE YALL IN PARIS!!!!!! π₯Ήπ«π·π₯
If you understood Broadbell's story you'd appreciate this bronze medal even more. Injuries, followed by being benched by his club, even asked to stay home and not to come to training anymore.

@Mackieo2785
You guys will not rewrite the narrative again.
The Olympic or World Champion is the fastest in the world.
Sha'Carri is the World Leader.
Isn't that what was said when we pointed out Noah wasnt the fastest because Kishane has the WL?
This is for the SFP and ETH disrespect in 2021/2022.
For Aunty Felix after giving birth.
For having the fastest man this year signed under them and not even trying to promote him too.
I can't be upset with the rules not fully being applied with Syndey cause if Shelly decides to run the DL final, most of us wouldn't give a damn whose spot she was about to take
Guys remember when Shelly ran 10.67 at high altitude and they started doubting the time, then she went on a 10.6 tour for the entire season?
Leave Femke alone!
@trollie_3
The 3 most decorated 100m and 200m female sprinters.
Injuries are common in tracks, however not everyone can do what they do regardless!
You know what's not common?
America winning Olympic gold
Who made up this rumor that such girl is the highest paid female track athlete and has bigger endorsements?
Elaine signed one of tbe biggest Puma contracts.
Shelly was rumored to have one of the biggest Nike contracts, and she has been their most successful track athlete.
@Mackieo2785
That will never not be relevant it's part of HER story, she needs to own it so it will be less of a trigger. Look at Gatlin after he came back.
After Paris we need to have a serious discussion.
J3A needs a radical shift in management, coaches need to be more strategic with athletes and we need to also ensure athletes are all sponsored and able to grow their brands.
I pray after this she remembers who she is. She seems to be attaching her identity to her more successful partner and I want her to remember how good she is and push herself even further
Junelle Bromfield is an insanely talented athlete but many wouldnβt know that. This girl has won everything from 400m hurdles, 400m, 800m & 1500m as a junior athlete. She just needs to find her footing in the correct event.
The girl is fully strapped and running 13.00s.
God if you're listening, gimme a fit Kerrica, Brittany, and Ackera next year along with all our other women. I need this
Tbf for years persons have been saying that WR is questionable and should be removed from the books. Donβt think we expected the erasure to come from a Vogue article.
Flojo your record is gone
Franno was arguing that J3A shoulda have brought more girls, but he should have made it known that his athlete is nursing an injury, so better preparations could have been made.
People don't know how much I love seeing Shelly and Elaine competing against each other. Both are each other's biggest rival and their careers are so intertwined.
Both sharing the NR 10.71, then 10.70, then both going 10.6 same year. Then 10.54 and 10.60.
Lemme say this wid mi chest again. This is likely Shelly's last championship, and I want her or ETH on that anchor. If you can't pass the baton, start practise!
Kishane who was plagued with injuries ran down Coleman and ran 9.85 last year. He also ran 9.87 in the DL final.
But remember people said the same thing about Bolt in 2008, so I'll just wait and come back here after the 100m finals.
You guys are delusional if you think Kishane Thompson is winning (he will even be lucky to see a medal). Like someone who has barely proven himself except in a Jamaican trial. He will be another Omanyala in a big event.
Some take away from Trials weekend;
1. This might be one of the greatest Olympics this millennium
2. It's still USA vs Jamaica, and the rivalry might be similar to 2012
3. Expect faster times come Paris
4. MVP is the greatest track club
5. The 100mH will be the show stopper!
So far;
1. Shaccy looks great, she's definitely going in as the favorite.
2.Elaine has work to do (but she moved from 11.00 to 10.79 in less than a month last year, so calm down).
3. Ta Lou still can't handle the pressure.
4. Alfred looks great should, that start!
After not making the 200m final in Tokyo 2020, Jacko went through a whole depression, can't imagine how she feels now. I hope she has the necessary support
@Mackieo2785
People still talk about Jacko Tokyo blunder, Miller-Uibo's dive, Bolt's FS, Devon Allen FS, it's apart of their track stories. The media knows it annoys her and so they'll never stop asking
You can tell Americans aren't used to winning, cause all this fi wah.
Anyways
@kxnaomi
we don't talk about sweeps, we actually do it, check the stats.
Congrats to the girls!
In the 100m all time list, only 3 men went sub 9.7s
One man did it 3x.
Stop comparing these half baked athletes to Usain Bolt, his greatness will never be replicated
So instead of saying that his athletes aren't fully fit, Frano tried to put the entire blame on the J3A.
I hate that organization, but Frano wasn't acting in the country's best interest.
Recenecy bias making people forget how nasty 2021 Elaine was. 10.54 and 21.53 (with barely any wind)
Let's also not forget that she didn't run any more 200m after her Olympic final
If the estimates are true and Shelly actually split 6.98-6.99 without her trademark start, I will say she should be feared!
Also Ta Lou with that 6.94-6.95, is dangerous!
Shericka has spoilt you people with fast times. Remember who her coach is and the season we're in.
In 2021, before trials, Elaine's best time was a 22.54. Even at trial she ran a 22.90. Then we saw what happened at the Olympics
If you want to see what makes Shelly and Elaine the two greatest female sprinters and why they've had the greatest track rivalry. Go back to their 2021 season.
The Lausanne Diamond League is perhaps my favorite race that year. 10.60 and 10.64
It's not a revenge if Julien still has the gold medal. Doing a whole show about someone getting their lick back doesn't make sense now.
Ottey beat Devers multiple times after her Olympic losses, same for Jetter and Shelly and Shelly and Elaine, but history remains the same.
