As far as I analyzed that concept I distinguish 5 types situations that can arise from this concept. 1. Overload to... finish. Try to do final pass - to the penalty box. Not alwyas you will have assist but you can creat chance to score.

Overload to isolate is a tactical concept where to main idea is to overload one side of the pitch (where the ball is) in order to drag the opponents there, thereby opening up space on the opposite side of the pitch.
