caloric intake i’m 5’3/160cm so i’m on the shorter side. i eat around 600-1000 calories a day but usually closer to 800. if i eat 1200 i lose slower, so i started eating 1200, and i’ve gradually lowered my intake. if you’re taller you could eat more cals and get similar results

meals i eat often i eat three meals a day because it’s helped me stop binging. i don’t fast longer than 24 hours. breakfast - protein bar/nothing lunch - turkey wrap with lowcal sides (seaweed, string cheese, apple sauce, fruit) dinner - soup or eggs w potatoes snack - fruit

food i try my best to eat sugar free things. i try to stay away from bread and use low carb tortillas instead. i focus on whole foods and try my best to stay away from junk food, but if i want something, i allow myself a little bit as long as it a within my cals.

my plan for semi-recovery i became overweight last time i tried recovery and i don’t want that to happen again i want to maintain 110-115lbs for a while i want to get my period back fix my iron/protein levels eat 1-1.2k cals i won’t be as active for a while i love you all

for breakfast i try to stick with a protein bar, this easily gives 10-15g of protein for about 190-250 calories. my favorite are rx bars. or i eat a chobani flip, which has around 9g of protein. eggs would also work to get in more protein with about 3.6g of protein in each egg.

metab/maintenance days i allow myself to have one metab day and one maintenance day a week. however, i don’t go crazy and still count calories. i still opt for whole foods, but i occasionally treat myself to something i’ve been craving.
