Poor ol' Spence. Cliff Meador really loved him, and that nearly ideal, muscular, American jock-style butt, so he wailed on Spencer from time to time. The paddlings are tough, but some strappings were just as bad. Cliff's eyes have a real twinkle around some of these lads.

I'd be tempted to cut about 1/2 metre of that hose and use the hose on him. It's a surprisingly effective tool and works so very well. It's a terrific video, and a great spanking, even without a session with the hose.
