Not sharing this to get attention. Wanna take a minute to thank GOD. February makes 5 years of me being cancer free. I had thyroid and throat cancer. 5 and half hours in surgery. God gift of life is priceless and precious!🙏🏾🙏🏾

D1 or not; HBCUs have put out just as many NFL HOF than most schools. Jerry Rice, Walter Payton, Shannon Sharpe, Doug Williams and Steve McNair to name a few. It is not a crime for a young African American athletes to experience an HBCU experience.Regardless of ⭐ ranking!

Coaches, you don't need to coach in an All Star game or win a coach of year award to validate your title as a coach. What matters is lives you impact, how you helped young adults prepare for life and the love you pour into your players when they are around you!!

Doctor told me today that because of my height and prior health issues; my ideal weight should be around 200. Have lost 56 so far. Losing 10 more to live healthy is no problem for me! The journey to 200 has begun!💪🏾💪🏾

Coaches just don't build relationships with fellow coaches and players. Build relationships with regular students, custodians, cafeteria workers, fellow teachers, community leaders, church leaders, school board members and even superintendent. Go beyond just being a coach!

There are a lot of 6'2 to 6'5 feet tall basketball players riding the bench playing AAU or summer league ball with their high school teams; that could be preparing to play football during fall and earn football scholarship. Just keeping it 💯!

Started my weight loss journey a year ago. Pic with red hoodie on I weighed 273 pounds. Today I weighed in at 205 pounds. Five pounds from my ultimate weight loss goal. Wanna thank my doctor. And most importantly GOD! Without him none of the this is possible! God is GREAT!🙏🏾🙏🏾

Football coaches, if you aren't telling your skill guys or lineman to participate in track and field; don't say nothing bout kids playing multiple sports. Skill guys need track to get faster. Lineman can throw discuss and shot put. Make it a requirement. See how much it helps.
