i think his comments aren’t supposed to attck them, it’s just cultural conversational differences. in korea its normal to talk ab diet and staying fit but in america it’s more of a sensitive subject. i dont think the piggy comment was supposed to be so mean, more endearing :3
☆ Willpower ☆
what helped me the most was telling myself i had already tasted food before + would taste it again after i reach my (u)gw. unfortunately there’s no easy way; luckily, i was triggered enough i didn’t find myself craving food, but avoid groceries just in case.
☆ What I Did First ☆
i did NOT restrict right away. instead, for about 5 days, i ate an avg. intake of 1600-2000 cal. i wanted to prevent triggering a binge + also ease myself back into my typical restriction habits. doing this also gave my weight time to even out.
☆ Binging ☆
i was stuck in a horrible binge cycle for almost a month. i hated myself so much & as soon as my thighs got close to touching i knew i had to snap out of it, especially with my birthday only a few weeks away.

☆ Workouts ☆
Shirlyn Kim on yt is my fav, i did one of her many 10min kpop workouts on 3/7 days. i always stretch every morning, night, & whenever i think i need it. i walk ~10k/day + often indulge in Yoga once daily too (usually after stretching in the AM/PM)
☆ Diet: Disclaimer ☆
i do NOT recommend low-intake unless you want short-term immediate wl or if it’s binge weight you want to get rid of ASAP. ive had ana for 6yrs & i promise 1000-1200 is by FAR the most sustainable intake. i don’t endorse this diet for longer than 2 weeks.
☆ Diet: Lunch ☆
~ 1 boiled egg, green tea
green tea helps boost metabolism + burn fat! getting some protein is important so the egg was a natural choice. i was supposed to eat a protein bar instead but we ran out so ive been having an egg every day.
☆ Diet: Breakfast ☆
~ black tea
any black tea works, as long as it has enough caffeine to keep u going; i love bitter tea so i just leave the teabag in. big breakfasts can make my stomach feel heavy all day, so i knew tea would satisfy me without that feeling.
☆ Diet: Dinner ☆
~ a small plate/bowl
i think a diet is likely to fail without variety, so i ate dinner with my family every single night. enjoy a serving of roughly 500-600cal or less.
☆ Tips ☆
⋆ plate food in small bowls to feel like you ate a normal amount
⋆ have a snack! no more than 100cal + eat less dinner
⋆ DONT SCROLL EDTWT!! ik it’s tempting, but it’s just as likely to trigger you to binge as it is to starve
⋆ have lunch between 10-2
☆ Distractions ☆
get a colouring book! i’ll often have my morning/afternoon teas whilst colouring in, it takes my mind off food. i play video games too, and i love binging youtube videos like LiSpeaks, Mia Maples, Kurtis Conner, Chad Chad, etc. whilst i keep busy w/ my hands.
☆ Diet: Dessert ☆
~ mint tea, chocolate
traditionally, my family always has a few chocolate squares post-dinner. i love dark choc, but any kind is fine! 1-2 squares + mint tea keeps me satiated. sometimes my mum wants to have a tea party, so i’ll drink that instead.

⋆ when looking in the mirror, try to study the positive changes, not the negatives. it’s more motivating

⋆ Just Dance burns insane calories, play it for an hour or pull up the youtube videos with friends!

i work there! i was told to make a custom new drink with the lavender stuff, we do it everytime the limited seasonal flavours come in :) it’s so we understand different ways ppl might want us to use the powder in their drinks 🤍

i think most of the time u become aware of the “popular” symptoms that everyone talks ab, but neglect to learn the more in-depth or random ones. ppl know u can lose ur period, but most only believe it’s a temporary side affect that always comes back once ur in recovery. [1/2]

i did a 10mins of pilates x3 and walked each day. i’d recommend lots of full body stretching and yoga right when u wake up and just before bed!! if i do nothing except yoga/stretch i still feel like i got my body moving enough ♡

fun fact u can pay to go to juice cleanse hotels etc in some countries!! they don’t give u any food, only the juice; i think they have like 3day or week long packages lol

it stands for ana boot camp! it’s what kickstarted my ana 6yrs ago & when i need results i swear by it (as long as u have the willpower)!!! u can lose 20lbs (or more depending on ur sw) ♡
