So I wrote a piece on Lewis Miley and how he's helped Newcastle (pre-injury) to fight for a European spot ahead of the 2024/2025 season. Would love to see your support by sharing and would encourage feedback below.
At 17 years of age, Lewis Miley has become the youngest player to score in the Premier League since 2009, Newcastle's youngest-ever assister in European competition and the Prem, and an indispensable figure in Eddie Howe's midfield.

I'm so happy for Bayer Leverkusen. I wrote an article on why I believed they would win the title and they eventually did. Give it a read. You'd enjoy it. Congratulations Xabi Alonso. Congratulations Bayer Leverkusen. You deserved the 2023/2024 Bundesliga.
Jamal Musiala started six UCL KO performances this season. He had a grand total of zero goal contributions in these stages. Missed one big chance and created one.
From Luis Sinisterra to Marcos Senesi to Tyrell Malacia, we've seen quite a few players depart Feyenoord for the Premier League in recent years, and the next to make the move could be Quinten Timber.
@princerequiem49
on Feyenoord's 23-year-old midfielder:
@6IANNIS
Yep. Since 20/21, he's only failed to register a goal contribution in three knockout ties. Two being UCL finals and one Vs Leipzig where he played 35 minutes.
Phil Foden's 23/24 season. We were fed.
PFA POTY
PL POTS
PFA TOTY
UCL TOTY
39 G/A all comps
19 league NPG + 8 assists.
Phillip Walter Foden, the man you are. Starboy!
I had fun doing this one and Vitinha was one of my favourite players to watch in the recently concluded Euros. Would gladly love your thoughts on this.
Luis Enrique on Vitinha:
"He has become one of the best midfielders in the world. He is the perfect player for a coach like me. He doesn't lose the ball... can stay between the lines, make runs, score."
@princerequiem49
on PSG's Portuguese midfielder:
David Silva is the only player to not play for Barca or Madrid in the top 8 Spain NT appearances lol. He also has their fourth highest goals and second highest assists. Who do you think you're talking about here?
@itskristonv
@SheunAdeola
True. This is why people like David Silva, Santi Cazola and co didn't find it easy getting into the team despite being on form
Jack Grealish created only one(1) more chance than Rico Lewis during pre season and completed one more dribble(8) than Nico O'Reilly (Nico had 54% accuracy while Jack had 47% accuracy) as well as less BCC than Mcatee (1) whilst having a grand total of one goal contribution.
of course city twt donโt like when our second biggest goal threat shoots instead of abdicating responsibility in the final third. itโs why they love grealish.
Phil Foden's goal to make it 2-0 completely changed the state of the game. There at the right time. Top defensive shifts and did very well to progress the ball. 23 years of age , away from home, title race being intense, he steps up. This is your PL and PFA Player of the Year.
once my account balance reads 700 billion dollars I consider myself broke
700 billion dollars to some people on here is heavenly wealth but to me it's my lowest point and that's why I work very hard.
Real Madrid are willing to wait for the outcome of
#ManCity
โs 115 charges brought against them by the Premier League. Madridโs thinking is if
@ManCity
are found guilty and receive a major punishment, there may be an opportunity to make a move for Rodri.

Foden is incredible in the small spaces and in front of the backline. You have to put him there.
But it is impossible that this is England's biggest talent. Would be shameful for a country supposedly competing with France and Brazil. That's like having Isco Alarcon as your best.
Phil Foden at 24 has a PFA POTY award, 2 PFA YPOTY awards, 1 PFA TOTY, 1 PL POTS, 2 PL YPOTS, 1 UCL TOTY, 1 UCL squad of the season, 1 FWA POTY, 1 u-17 WC golden ball
As well as 6 league titles, a Champions League and additives. Phil Foden is one of ours ๐!
Erling Haaland can never be determined as the best player in the world. There is no way a player that becomes this limited as soon he lacks service can be determined the best player in the world.
The best striker, sure, best goal scoring machine, sure.
But leave that 'best
Top 10 performances by a Premier League player this season in 2023/2024 by
@SofascoreINT
. Phil Foden is the only one with multiple appearances on the list(3). PFA Player of the Year?
Im so angry. Grealish was good for the final 6 months of the treble season but he didnโt do more than Mahrez
Mahrez had 28 g/a in 22/23, dragging us by the collar to the FA cup final with 6 g/a in 5 games
15 g/a in the league surely is a massive contribution if i do say so myself
Grealish discourse again. I have exams in a week. The only thing I'll say is he should be sold and if we look at that treble season objectively, he was lucky that Gundogan saved his life.
The thing about Foden discourse is, he started impacting that City team last season here..
This tweet obviously is an exaggeration of the particular game youโre even referencing.
Foden became a key City starter this season as well. Saka has been doing that since he was 19
@City_Xtra
@ErlingHaaland
Pitch is terrible.
Grealish underwhelming.
The defence is non existent but Susoho is doing his best. Like Doyle's positivity on the ball.
Bobb best so far. Haaland good.
Front 6 bar Grealish been decent.
Did we see how Foden showed he was the best player in the Premier League?
Very demure, very mindful, he scored 19 goals, won the league and then the Player of the Year awards. Very cutesy.
Yo that cameo from Foden yesterday.
That what it looks like when youโre held to no standard but the media have already anointed you as the best & face of the league & English football.
Others have to chase the grind & do more to get way less praise. Pretty sad.
Klopp has lost one league game and didn't win the league. Carlo Ancelotti has the same amount of league titles in his entire career as Pep is about to have at City alone, pipe down.
Ppl who think Pep wouldโve won the league in any country are joking, Ancelotti have only lost 1 league game this season,so how will pep manage to win the league title from him?
Arteta lost 5 league games this season, you donโt beat pep by losing 5 games, Pep lost 3 league games
That Foden pass shouldn't go under the radar at all, playing it to Porro's weak side at that angle from that distance so he couldn't get the ball immediately and put him at a disadvantage in defending Doku was lovely. Doku did the rest. Haaland the finishing touches. That move ๐
Is this not Mummy Zee? is it not in this same Nigeria that people contributed and changed your life for good on this app? Abi it was outside Nigeria? Alabosi! No sense of National pride at all!
Masterclass in the PL to begin our fourpeat and two in the CL to make sure we got our first against Real, Bayern, Inter. Would never not love and rate him.
๐ต๐ Pep Guardiola: โWe'd like to be 3-0 up after 10 minutes vs West Hamโฆ but it will not happenโ.
โI have a feeling it will be like Aston Villa in 2022. We are ready. My players will never give upโ.
Walker 3 times in 7 seasons
Bernardo 6 times in 7
Ederson is a GK
Haaland 1 in 2
Dias on course for his second 30+ in four seasons.
Rodri is a DM. In this list, there's no attacker/CM that has done this up to five times in the last seven/eight seasons. Lol
Walker 3 times
Bernardo 6 times
Ederson every season ofcourse
Haaland 1 in two seasons (first time heโs done 30 league games in his career)
Dias on course for his second 30+
Rodri 5 times
The few from the current off my head, point exactly??
He has more UCLs than the manager, all the players in that current squad(exclusion of J20) and the club they all play for combined. He's allowed to talk.
The only player with more assists than Kevin De Bruyne in Premier League history played about double his games. This is the best player in the history of the league and you're grateful to be watching him.
