At my #Avatar screening, the guy next to me sat and laughed through all the previews. When the Mario trailer came on, he rubbed his hands together saying “yesss” and cried within the first four seconds. He then left before the movie started and never came back.

Of all the upgrades in ZACK SNYDER'S JUSTICE LEAGUE from the theatrical cut (which there is a plethora), this is easily the biggest. The CGI is genuinely phenomenal, to deny that is ignorance. Not to mention Steppenwolf is actually given a compelling multi-dimensional character!

Can someone remind me what this camera technique is called? Physically backing the camera away from the subject while zooming in so they still take up the same amount of frame, letting the background expand and add tension. @JamesGunn used it very well in Guardians 2. ⬇️

LILO & STITCH broke so many Disney trends back in 2002. A story about sisterhood, family, people of color, culture, developmental disorders, etc. A film that broke the mold before progressives finally began to challenge it within the last decade. Forever underrated.

#HouseoftheDragon is truly phenomenal. Milly Alcock, Paddy Considine and Matt Smith are unbelievable in their roles. Smith steals the entire episode without a single line of dialogue. Each episode somehow better than the last. Incredible television.

They had extremely similar seasons: both trying to play hero ball too much, throwing foolhardy interceptions, and wild inconsistency. Dak with only one WR who can create separation is almost equivalent to Josh Allen without Brian Daboll scheming up a brilliant game plan.

The Spurs’ tradition of sending Coyote out there with a net and a Batsuit when there’s a loose bat in the arena while the Adam West theme plays is one of the best things in all of sports. I love this team.

The FIRST shot of Kenobi is laugh out loud worthy, and it's not even the return of the goofy lil Jedi training helmets. It's that the moment the stormtroopers enter and shoot, the previously smooth fluid camera movement just starts violently shaking in place. It looks ridiculous.

Matt Smith and Olivia Cooke have been my MVPs of the season, but Ewan Mitchell and Emma D'Arcy in particular command the screen in the finale. Possibly the best characters on either side of the show, and their performances are so powerful. Incredible work.

The #DallasCowboys roster is good and almost all of the key players are certain to return next season. The division will be a gauntlet, but if Dan Quinn doesn’t walk, there’s a huge chance for another playoff run next year. That said, here are my most pressing needs. (THREAD)

No doubt the NFL is considering postponing the rest of this game - but how? This late in the season, a game of this magnitude is crucial to the regular-season outcome ... which suddenly seems so irrelevant.
