Just sent off my recall ballot. As mayor of San Diego, @Kevin_Faulconer was an effective executive who brokered bipartisan solutions with a Democratic city council to form a cohesive, moderate governing agenda. My hope is he’ll do the same with Democrats in Sacramento.
