Hence, salesperson offer test drive only on request. Too much time not spent on explaining features but on discussing delivery because of prolonged waiting. In coming years, dealerships will be irrelevant and if registration is simplified by govt, car sales will happen online.

The receptionist didn't ask any questions. Asked me to fill a crisp form. Sales lady came took 10 mins She was proactive and explained all the features . The test drive was arranged in 5 mins. Connected me to her senior after judging my seriousness to buy. Overall : 3.8/5

When i joined RACL in 2016, it used to take a minimum of 2.5 hours to reach Gajraula plant from home. 1 hour for the same distance now. UP is developing like anything, so is the nation. Imagine, how much savings at nationwide level because of faster connectivity.

Laser cutting process at RACL. The video is of a clutch plate for a 400CC Indian bike. Through the conventional milling process, it would take approximately 6-7 minutes for this part vs 40 sec now. Through laser, we can cut complex profiles with up to 4mm thickness (1/2)

That's the assembly table for this gearbox. It has sequence logic poka yoke (mistake proofing) enabled which ensures the operator always picks in the correct sequence and the correct part. The gears and drive shafts are made in-house. C class items are BOP.

The results for the Q1 FY23-24 for RACL Geartech Limited are now uploaded on the exchange & website. Sharing the internal slide with all of you here. The margins have improved significantly YoY thanks to the SOP of new projects where value addition is much higher. #raclgeartech

It's not Punjab Haryana, Farmers, AAP, or BJP that is responsible for this AQ level. No one gets the blame, but please can all of you sit and find a solution. The UK passed the Clean Air Act 1956 which ensured clean air as the basic fundamental right to its citizens, its time!

Thanks for your condolences. He is survived by a wife, 2 teenage daughters and an 11 year old son. As a practice all employees will voluntarily contribute one day salary and the company will contribute an equal amount into corpus which will be paid along with his F&F settlement

I don't understand the fuss about the opening of the Apple store in India. They talk about real hands on experience that the stores provide, let's be honest we Indians are more bothered if Vijay Sales offers discount through Axis/HDFC rather than buying from official store Hyped

I was recently in a very old Italian town, which I visited last may be as a kid in 2007. I mentioned to one local contact how nothing has changed here in 16 years and maybe in 50 years nothing would have whereas when I go back to my place in 2 weeks a lot would have changed. 1/2

BMW 4cylinder 2L Diesel engine with a 8 Speed ZF gearbox v/s a 70kwH battery packed with a single speed fixed ratio transmission (not in the pic), both generating comparable power. How uncomplicated and simple the future seems.
