Once I was so depressed I didn’t shower for 2 weeks. Literally didn’t leave my bed, only did to get takeouts and if I want to pee. I didn’t want to do anything nor see anyone, I only eat once a day bcs I don’t have any motivation to do so. It IS POSSIBLE to get this bad.

I didn’t change my clothes. Didn’t even cry. Everything just felt empty. I wanted to k*ll myself just to feel smth. Some days I didn’t eat at all. This was back in early 2020, I was depressed bcs of the pandemic. I’m just glad I survived that thanks to my bf, his fam and my fam.
