rice rice tastes lovely. but cut down on your portions massively. i see people who try to lose weight but will eat a mountain of rice and not realise they’re consuming 100’s of calories. respect your body!! the pic is tons for me but it doesn’t seem worth it at all

Nora 1 apple, thinly sliced and eaten 1 every 20 minutes so often lasted for hrs. counted the times I chewed my food (at least 60 times but often up to 120 times) and one plain yoghurt (0,1% fat, 150 g) without sugar and a tablespoon of oatmeal. Plenty of water and coffee.
