After 15 years of drinking and substance abuse, hanging around with the wrong crowd and working dead end jobs. I've reached a month sober for the first time since 14 years old. I am 28 now. So happy heres a selfie of me and my pea soup yesterday. 😂 #RecoveryPosse

Thank you for all the support #RecoveryPosse . Got through my first day. For people who are new to my recovery, DOC would be both Alcohol, Cocaine and Cannabis. My addiction found it easy to use when drinking, also to smoke when on a comedown. Vicious Circle. Today, I did neither.

I'm heading to Japan for 5 weeks in 3 more weeks, saved up all by myself for the first time ever. Smashing through the overtime this week! Would of never ever thought of heading to my dream holiday if using.

@recs2k21 Man this hits home, sneaking to the toilet to do a bump. Showering and getting in bed pretending to be asleep before she gets back from work. If I'm asleep how could I have used? It's early days for me, but I really really don't miss that paranoia. Rational recovery is great. 🙏

Taxi from the airport, Sporting Lisbon Fan. Asked who I supported. Replied Newcastle, totally forgot how much the Portuguese love Sir Bobby Robson. Driver himself met Bobby, gave him a lift. Spoke so highly of him. His aura, charm and being a very kind gentleman. #NUFC

@gorecenter_com Had a trip I still remember 16 years on from Salvia. I was no longer a human being but a little circle ball, flying around the diameter of a circular woodland forest. All the primary colours, it was a competition who could laugh the hardest and loudest and have the most fun.
