Mark, father of my god-daughter who has cystic fibrosis has been diagnosed with COVID19. He has a temperature of 41. He can't get a bed as London hospitals are at capacity. Hes 38. Hes not the only one.Those not observing social distancing - this could be u or some1 u care about

My advice to people singing on talent shows. Don’t pride yourself on having ‘no training’. Have some respect for your instrument and get what training you can afford. You only have one set of vocal cords. Having no training is nothing to be proud of, really it isn’t.

Thank you all for your kind messages of support following the death of my father. While not an easy time we as a family are grateful that dad didn’t suffer much and wasn’t left to die a lingering long living death which was his greatest fear.
