2% of the school is under control of the protesters. the head of the geospatial department walked around campus and did the analysis. but the university has shut down 100% of the campus to cars; people can walk freely
but, point taken, the significant impact to campus
unfortunately tsunami warning systems don't help with local tsunamis, like what has devastated Palu. for some reason, this incorrect hypothesis continues to be propagated.

a triple junction is defined as where three plate boundaries meet, not where three plates meet (though that is also true). the types of triple junctions (e.g., RRR, TTT, RFF) refer to the types of faults that meet there.
