Let go & Go slow - two great 2-word mantras. I learned to ‘let go’ via meditation and I am now learning to ‘go slow’ via ambulating with a walker. Grace seemed to think that nothing else (in almost 70 years) seemed to work!

I like to stretch the fabric of my comfort zone. Last year, Tibet’s Mt Kailash; this year was supposed to be the 500-mile Camino walk over Spain. God decided more stretching was the Way - Cancer & then SI pain! Chemo meds manage the ‘C’; spinal surgery tomorrow defuses the pain.

I am aware of a new feeling - a field of fatigue that occasionally envelops my body. This fatigue isn’t me. I am THAT which is aware of it. If my body must rest, I rest it. It’s a unique experience to rest my body between strength training sets or daily activities.
