I'm chuffed for Cerbs. But more then that, it shows what many of us have been saying. LGBT+ paint schemes are welcome in the community, symbols of hate groups are not. None of this rocket science, only the most extremely hateful are in denial about it. You are welcome here!

When I was sketching up ideas for the 'Daughters of Persephone' I included what I figured they would look like out of armour. Ie human outlier musculature +plugs. I even threw in a chapter brand as a call back to the imp fists in the Original SM novel. #WarhammerCommunity

Cerbs minis got into WD because they're a delight. It shows that LGBT+ rep is not taboo/excluded "politics". I can't make folks like that. But to keep pretending pride is forboden, that GW has your back & that you can gatekeep a hobby, is deeply silly.

I wish GW would do more of this kind of thing with their hero minis. I'd love to make them more 'my own flavor' without kitbashing. They already charge a premium for the heroes, throw a few extra heads, weapons decorations in the mix.

I love Warhammer, been a fan since I got my first mini in 92. That said, its a hobby/game. The playing pieces are plastic toy soldiers. The science laughable. The fluff while fun, is written to sell said toys. Being a fan and understanding this is not mutually exclusive.

Bretonnia's sons and daughters you say :) Slight smugness aside, I'm glad things like this are being done & with little fanfare just as a matter of course. Gender locking factions in the past was not malicious, but it IMO had a negative effect on the hobby. Fixes are good!

My attempt at a comic style paint job on a Killa Kan Instead of smooth wet blends, it had stipple lighting, dry-brushing & lots of inking. Doing an army like this would take some effort, but I could imagine doing a really polished one for GD. #WarhammerCommunity @Warhammer

Age of Sigmars diversity of miniatures and interesting sculpts is, IMO, so far ahead of the 40k range, yet gets nowhere near the attention nor focus. This is frankly criminal.

1995 Playing 40k vs my pal. He was exploiting a rule to field a terminator with both cyclone launcher & assault cannon. Pure cheddar. It was an arms race, but a new mini had dropped. A Callidus Assassin. She ambushed & took it down. Ahhh memories. I had no clue who Horus was.😇

There is no group called 'Wokehammer', no members, no discord. It's a bad faith label used by a few reactionaries, many of whom *are* part of a group, with a name, discord, & art, so that they can act like there is organized opposition to their views, rather then organic disdain.
