Perks of being an NCHD in Ireland. Getting charged €12.70 if you leave your swipe at home & being told there is no service to get a temporary swipe for the day. I literally paid for access to the wards and the trolley filled ED that day @HSELive @health_irish #StandingUp4NCHDs

Irish hospital refusing to pay NCHDs who stay beyond 10am the morning after a night shift (a common occurrence with high hospital admissions) but have no issue docking them 2 minutes pay on the rare occasion they do get out. Horrendous working conditions. @HSELive @health_irish
