3.Offer 🤝 Something I never took into consideration when testing a new product, I’d test a product on 1 offer and if that offer didn’t work I’d move on. If the product shows potential, test different offers,this can be the step between an unprofitable and profitable store.

2.Customer Service 🙇‍♂️ When you start scaling a store you’re going to have emails everyday from customers wanting updates, returns, advice. Hire someone from Upwork, I usually hire from the Philippines ( @ecomfin for the plug) they usually have the best English.

@ShopifySupport Exactly the same as @nino_crl seems to be an issue for pretty much everyone on the new 1 page. CVR has been consistent for months and now I’ll have days at 2% then the next day can be 0.6%, this is across multiple stores. The drop off between IC and CVR is massive.
