lets hope in 3 yrs time in the world cup in america they show the same level of scrutiny over the human rights abuses in guantanamo bay by the USA

BBC has never been impartial. Impartiality means reporting on two sides equally, without bias. This has never been the case when reporting attrocities in Ireland, India, Empire to Yemen now. What they really mean is they acknowledge another side exists. That's not impartiality.
