If you are not staying at home, rent can be about R4500/month. #stayhome If you don't have medical aid already, R1700 minimum less maybe for hospital cover only... Your new cash flow is R257, 565−(R54, 000+R1, 700×12) = R183, 165.

You didn't listen, your new cash flow is R233, 225 - 60 000 = R123, 165 a year. Let's talk about food with a minimum of R2000 a month. Your new cash flow is = R99, 165. I did not even include clothes, takeouts, fuel, utilities, cell phone, bank fees etc.
