naps 💤 when taking short naps, make sure na 15-30 mins lang para hindi ka matuloy sa deep sleep at you don't feel groggy after. if you want it longer, dapat 90 mins para makakatapos ka ng isang buong sleep cycle at hindi ka sabaw pag gising. so mag-alarm pag magna-nap oki 😆
