Did you know? On 15 August we "hoist" (ध्वजारोहण ) the national flag. It is tied to the bottom of the post &hoisted up to mark freedom On 26 January we "unfurl" (फहराना) our national flag. The flag is tied up on the top & unfurled without pulling it up Happy Republic Day!! 🇮🇳
