Finished season 1 of Re:Zero Subaru's not only the MC, but also the very heart of the story. The rest of the cast is also charismatic though Following Subaru's struggles to the end was both a very satisfying and human experience I really enjoyed it, I'll watch season 2 soon

I didn't doubt that Subaru was a hero by the end of Arc 1, but by the end of Arc 3, he positioned himself as THE hero of the story This makes Re:Zero a tale about overcoming both despair and one's own flaws, which I find truly inspiring
