@juneslater17 @HarrisDebra21 Beautifully written June. 👏 I've known of a real Nana, very similar. Not mine, she was a friend. She passed from cancer, having worked all hours. From shopkeeping to cleaning public toilets & bars all her adult life, so that her family could live the life she never had.

We couldn't go anywhere else obviously. & those perspex screens didn't shield much. Older people used to talk through the gaps as they couldn't hear otherwise.
