Henry Kissinger has died. During the 1971 Bangladeshi genocide -The ‘Blood Telegram’, a dissent memo by Ambassador Archer Blood was sent to him, during the early weeks of the genocide. Kissinger chose to ignore this and continued to find ways to channel arms and aid to Pakistan.
