IU professor Marco Arnaudo read aloud the resignation letter student and faculty protesters wrote for Whitten, asking her to sign it. They delivered it to Bryan House, known as the President's House on campus, although Whitten does not officially live there.
At Bryan Hall, protesters have placed a resignation letter inside the door that they wrote for Whitten.
Protesters attempted to enter Bryan Hall, where administrative offices are, to give Whitten the letter personally, but they were denied entry.
IU changed its campus policy a day before yesterday's protest and encampment. An IU constitutional law professor argues this is not a neutral policy, meaning it likely violates protesters' 1st Amendment rights.
