@SwagnShades Rate of perceived exertion isn’t directly correlated to velocity. Pitchers can throw with an easy feel and still run it up close to what their max Velo is. Track runners often times run faster at 90-95% because they aren’t tensed up. You and your negativity are wrong yet again

@nextlevelbb It’s funny that you praise Vanderbilt as the “gold standard” all the time (you’re right, they are). But you simultaneously trash and rag on facilities, most notably Driveline, that prioritize PD which Vandy uses and in part what makes them so special. Whatever fits your narrative

My prediction: there will be an uptick in arm injuries. Pitchers have been conditioned to throw a pitch at a slower pace their whole life and are now rushed to 15-20 seconds. Not enough time for the arm to recover between pitches. Imagine doing sets of deadlift every 20 seconds.
