Looking back on all of my memories on Vital's 3 year bday. This along with hitting #1 in the game multiple times (we ended this day with 1047 in at once)...which is still the wipe based modded pop record on a non event server...Two of my most proud accomplishments in this game.

This is vanilla rust. This is why a tax on tech tree means nothing. High pop server, and this is spawning quickly. Remove the tech tree, make people find to research again. Make people INTERACT and roam to get "loaded" + bps.

300000% more bunkers with this automated stuff. Raiding meta, which was already brutally hard with Overpowered auto turrets + numbers, just got 1000x harder and more useless. Splitting loot/bunkering shit just made almost all raids useless for loot. No profit possible.

Nerf turrets or allow some counter play measure. Raiding has been stale for years because any decent size base has 4000000 of them. They're cheap, powers easy, and turrets shoot through things like smoke and can be placed in ways that can halt a raid indefinitely.

Many gameplay things I did when I first created vital eventually got into the vanilla gameplay. IMO next things that need to happen are faster recycling times and fixing vending stock. Out of stock pushed many players onto modded. Nobody has time to sit in outpost for 10 hrs.

If you could repeal 1 change to rust what would it be? Me personally, I wouldnt even say gunplay. I think what changed shit for me the most in a negative light was HDRP. Everything about the new graphics just makes the game feel off to me as an old school player.
