1. Get your vacation homes outta here. I love my home & want others to appreciate it too, but the difference is that this is my home, and other’s too Vacation homes take up housing space that’s hard to get. Housing itself is a dense issue so just quit while you’re ahead.

a last note: the green fee, or senate bill 304 is set to have it’s final hearing on 4/28! SB304 will require non resident visitors to pay a fee. It will establish a special fund to restore and refurbish areas that need it! also i’ve watched it die lot in the senate. so support!
