౨ৎ Tip 3: I try to distract myself, what I normally do is play games with friends like Roblox, Minecraft, etc.. or I'll make mood boards/Pinterest boards and playlists.
౨ৎ Tip 2: while I'm fasting I try not to go into my kitchen, or be around people who are eating/cooking to stop myself from thinking about food and being hungry.
౨ৎ tip 4: staying hydrated!! this is one of the most important ones, I try to aim for at least 3-5 bottles of water a day, it keeps me fuller and helps my metabolism.
౨ৎ Tip 1: I track my fasts using apps, I find tracking fasts important as you can see how long you've been fasting and get additional information! I recommend the LifeFasting app.

i LOVE starving myself, i love waking up and going to sleep with the same light and empty feeling, i love how people look at me when i refuse food, i love how my belly rumbles, i love how refreshed and clean i feel.
౨ৎ !disclaimer!: this thread is only for edtwt. please do not interact if you are in recovery or non edtwt, these tips have worked for me personally, but they might not for some ppl as everyone is different.
౨ৎ tip 6: I trick myself into thinking that I'm not fasting for that long eg: I'm fasting for 312 hours, I start on Thursday but that's basically Saturday, and Saturday is basically the next Monday, and that's basically Wednesday so it's like 4 days.
౨ৎ tip 5: try losing your appetite, personally for me I find it disgusting seeing other people eat a lot, so I watch mukbangs and just videos of people eating (I NEVER watch ppl eat in real life tho.)
౨ৎ Tip 11: discipline. when I break fasts I normally cut/burn myself, find other ways to hurt myself or make myself sick/start another fast double the time of the first.
౨ৎ Tip 20: every time you think of eating imagine the food. food is bad, food is greasy, food gets all mushed up and stuck in your teeth, it gets mixed in with saliva then stays in your body. gross.
౨ৎ Tip 10: this might sound silly but most of the time I break my fasts I try doing it with food I don't like, to try to make me lose my appetite/eat less.
