If you pay attention, you can notice that blood is already leaking out of the bandaged wounds in Katsuki's arm. Izuku noticed that too and, with no words in-between, he used Blackwhip to stabilize the bandages around Katsuki's wounds as best as he could. The care... 🧡💚

An interpretation of "Kacchan of the Bakugous" ‘of the Bakugous’ means he's proud of his family name, of being a Bakugou. And ‘Kacchan’ means he's proud of being the Only Bakugou who has an Izuku; the only one to have received that nickname by his osananajimi. #MHASpoilers

Notice how Denki usually uses "Kacchan" when Katsuki is paying attention to Izuku in some way. It's a tease to point out their relationship. Katsuki can't complain about Denki using the nickname, because if he does, it means Katsuki's admitting that Only Izuku can call him that.
