Quite surreal for me that 25% of my life has been dedicated towards making humans. ~ 10yrs with 5 pregnancies & 3 kids later. Optimum fitness is achievable, but requires zero ego & an abundance of self-belief + work.

Just a short 2 years lifting twice weekly. Zero calorie counting but a big focus on protein. Form first THEN intensity in sessions. Cardio (bike or run) a few times a week as well. Above all else; CONSISTENCY.

Last year I got a new PR in pushups (43) from training in idle time. Moments scattered through out my day with the structure of 100s Mon, Wed, Fri (broken sets). We all have idle time in our day. Watching your kids play sport. Your next client to arrive, meeting to start.

My Warped View realization. Went to Tennis on Monday night for the first time. Havenโ€™t played since my childhood and enjoyed the nerves of fumbling hits and complete misses. Scanning the group of about 20 blokes and ladies it dawned on me I was one of the youngest (Iโ€™m 44).
