16th note quintuplets (20 of them in a bar) and then grouping them into 4s so you'd get a note thats a 5th of a whole note and 6 of those are in a bar. The quarter note would be 5/4ths of a subdivision in that bar. This stuff only really works relative to a normal time signature

iirc Its all based on the whole note so in 4/4, the last 4 indicates that the subdivision of the bar is divided into 4 equal parts or quarter notes. For smt like 6/5 itd be making the semibreve into 5 equal parts which can be rationalized
