On almost every one of the #uranium equities I follow we got a double bottom with positive divergence on very low volume. A bounce here could create a sustainable rally. But it needs to happen here and now.

Folks think that #uranium spot price needs to continue to go up for equities to have a 2-5x (depending on market cap) from here but once contracts begin to be signed at these levels, it’ll happen naturally.

For some context: the last time we were this oversold on the daily charts in #uranium was around April of ‘23 when the sector was 50% lower. Painful, yes, but this will create the energy for the next major leg higher.

If #uranium goes to $200 the retail money flows will push even the smaller ‘sh*t cos’ substantially higher. Many of them will be trading 5-10x higher from here because there will be so much demand for these equities and not enough supply.
