Gentle reminder to everyone that this is *exactly* what James Earl Jones did for Darth Vader, and we never complain about that. Pedro is amazing in his part of the role, and the others are, too. Din Djarin is a team that follows in the footsteps of Darth Vader’s team.
Emily Swallow confirms Pedro Pascal currently ONLY voices ‘The Mandalorian’ at the moment-
“Pedro at this point is just doing the voice Brendan Wayne is the main guy that is in the suit and he’s John Wayne’s grandson…and Lateef Crowder is the badass fighting machine…but the…
The Mandalorian season 3 wasn’t nearly as bad as people say it was, and most of the hate it gets stems from 1) Din and Grogu’s stint in Boba Fett 2) Bo-Katan taking on a co-starring role and 3) Andor’s tone shift setting unrealistic expectations
The Mandalorian is becoming one of those things that people hate just bc it’s popular and it’s so hard bc like yeah I do understand that it’s exhausting to constantly see something advertised and there are valid criticisms too but like… it’s popular for a reason babes
One of Din Djarin’s most underrated lines is “I’m gonna need you to be brave for me, okay?” LIKE ??? this is a type of softness we’ve never really seen from him before???????? I love it when he dads
The Mandalorian hype died with the reunion of Din Djarin and Grogu in The Book of Boba Fett, not with season 3, and if their reunion had waited until season 3, that season would have been received just as well as the first two
One day, we’ll talk about how Din Djarin is the strongest non-Force wielding fighter in Star Wars, and this moment will be at the heart of the discussion
Pedro Pascal already said he tried being more present in the suit for The Mandalorian in season 2, and he just can’t do it—physically, it’s too much. If a voiceover is what works best for him, I’ll gladly take it. It’s no different than James Earl Jones as Darth Vader.
It’s been 2 years since Din Djarin made his return in The Book of Boba Fett episode 5, “Chapter 5: Return of the Mandalorian!” Here are my favorite parts of this gorgeous episode, written by Jon Favreau and directed by Bryce Dallas Howard.
Now, I’m an editor for Screen Rant’s Star Wars beat, as happy as I can be working alongside the incredible

None of this would’ve happened without The Mandalorian’s impact on my life. Truly, from the bottom of my heart, thank you

Brendan Wayne says that Pedro Pascal was one of the first people to reach out to him after Carl Weather’s passing-
“One of the kindest guys on the face of the earth..one of the first guys to reach out to me because he knew how close me and Carl were”

And before I get hit with the “Pascal isn’t nearly as iconic as Jones” comment, 1) reread the part about following in his footsteps and 2) give it time.
Maybe I'm just sensitive, but acknowledging that hate was a major reason why The Acolyte got canceled and then hating other Star Wars projects as a response just seems wild to me. Anger is understandable, but there are real people behind these projects that could see this like???
And Michael Jackson did not undergo childhood abuse that led to strong insecurity and publicly speak out about his skin disorder for all of you to compare him to any black haired white woman you see
Sandra Bullock did not saved the whole ass Miss USA Pageant, adopted a black kid in the whitest society and came back from space by herself, for you to call her “The lady from Bird Box”
Jon Favreau on rewarding the viewers of ‘The Mandalorian’ in ‘The Mandalorian and Grogu’ Movie-
“Part of what we’re setting out to do is to have something that rewards people who have been with the show since the beginning… been with Star Wars since the beginning.”

introduction???
I’m Molly, and I’ve been a Star Wars fan my whole life! My passion for it really took off with The Mandalorian in 2019, and Din Djarin became my fave character. I also adore TBB (& Hunter)!
Batuu has a very special place in my heart. ❣️
Not to sound dramatic, but The Mandalorian changed my life. It was this show that showed me just how much I love writing about storytelling in the Star Wars galaxy, which has led me to my current career path that’s made me happier than ever. I can’t wait for its big screen debut!
@starwarstuff2
Din Djarin because:
• he’s got a fun adventure buddy
• he’ll protect me at all costs
• he’s a loyal companion
• this could go on for much longer
Imagine a fully suited Din Djarin walks on stage at D23 and everyone’s like oh yeah it’s Disneyland Din but then he takes off his helmet and it’s Pedro
