'im bad at math' girls calculating their bmi, daily intake, bmr, cals they eat, cals they burn, how many kgs they can lose in a week without dying, how many kgs they need to lose to be at their ugw by summer & how to split a meal in perfect portions to stay within cal limits
i dont get age ranges in bios cuz if you're 15 why would u put 13-17?? or if you're 13 ur not gonna fool anyone that you're older since me & everyone else will obvi assume you're the youngest age in the range 🤕

idk why its controversial to say that people younger than 15 shouldn't be on edtwt, they shouldn't be on twitter to begin with, let alone in a community that'll most likely worsen their disorder
genuine question what do u eat after this diet since upping your calorie intake after basically starving for a week will just make u regain almost all of the lost weight
having ed sucks and all that but i was having the worst day ever and i went on the scale and saw i was skinnier than yesterday (EVEN AFTER BINGING) and life is all sunshines and rainbows again
