What is this

about?👇
Self-awareness is learning to love yourself.
Loving yourself is accepting your flaws and embarking on a life-long journey of self-improvement that affects your life and those you love.
Remember, the journey of a thousand miles begins with a single step.
Personal Transformation is a decision, you are fully capable of taking it and sticking to it.
How?
Start small.
Trust in your incredible capacity to adapt, grow, and face any challenge.

The act of curiosity in self-awareness and reflection is another way of thinking about the way we live our lives. It is like opening a window to a world of wonder and possibilities.
Like if you know the feeling.
Each act of curiosity is a new beginning. Asking ‘why’ is a way to stop time; to break free from routine thinking; to go back to the source and open a window of wonder.
Developing something entirely new is hard work.
The journey is full of learning, failures (lessons) and direction changes towards our goal of creating Interactive Insights.

Improving yourself is a highly personal journey most people won't discuss or understand.
Remember, you don't need to tell people about it.
You can just do it.
@thedankoe
It's pretty amazing how easily some people can accept a permanent state of negativity and a victim mentality. A change of perspective starts with self-awareness, but it's a journey.
How do you deal with feeling overwhelmed?
For me it's making a list.
Before going to bed, I sit down and make a list for the next day, prioritizing the tasks that will bring the highest return.
I am a lot less stressed and more focused the following day.
90% of us fail to apply self-help knowledge. Follow us to see how we are working to change this.

What has curiosity helped you discover about yourself that lead to self-improvement?
The curiosity prayer:
“Grant me the curiosity to explore the things I do not understand, the courage to question the things I do, and the wisdom to never stop learning.”
In our latest podcast episode, we discuss the difficulty of finding the right self-improvement knowledge that truly resonates.

You said beautifully: "If I am not growing, then I am not living my best life".
We totally sign up to your philosophy.

It's a system-level problem. From an early age we're told who we should be and not encouraged to explore who we want to be. Ultimately we end up pursuing the wrong goal and find ourselves unmotivated.
This is such a great book. It gave us a much-needed boost with the projects we're working on at Mindfulway.
It's a refreshingly entertaining reminder not to waste time overthinking or perfecting your project but to just go for it.

Sometimes, what feels like procrastination is just a series of endless distractions. Turn the volume down on the world, and you will find focus.
If you still procrastinate, do the above and accept that those negative emotions are part of the journey.

Think about the last two weeks of your life. If you were to live like that for the rest of your life, where would you end up?
If the answer doesn't excite you, then it's time for a change. But remember, change doesn't happen in a day. It happens day by day, choice by choice.
If you want to increase your self-respect, do what you said you would do. Simple.

You do eventually realize a mountain you are climbing is a wrong one. When you do, that's the main lesson.
All you've learned while climbing it, is valuable. It all contributes as preparation for the next mountain to climb.

Why not try something new today to become your best self?

If you fail, the worst thing that can happen is that you will be exactly where you were before you tried.

Starting a self-development journey is like planting a seed. You need knowledge, patience, persistence, and faith to believe in growth you cannot yet see.
But how do you find the knowledge in a world full of advice?
The universe is the ultimate teacher. It will keep putting you in the same situation until you learn your lesson.
Reflect on your circumstances to recognise this and get yourself unstuck.
In a world full of distractions, finding the time to reflect on who you truly are is the ultimate act of self-care.
How do you reflect? Go on a walk, run, or do something mundane?

Although this is true, I think most people have a problem with how to go about finding those truths about themselves. Often we think we know ourselves when in reality we are in the dark.
@IAmMarkManson
Such a powerful part of the self-improvement journey. Once you master emotional regulation, you feel like you've taken control of your life.

Human subconscious is complicated...
If there only was a way to shine some light on it—to better understand ourselves🤔
We think we're rational, yet our actions show otherwise.
Embracing honesty in your life goes beyond distinguishing truth from lies.
It's about tearing down facades to reveal, accept, and love the real person beneath.

It sounds harsh, but it's true. It's a great reminder for those who are distracted from what it means to be a parent.
Patience, empathy, consistency emotional control are all part of being a parent which makes parenthood a major milestone in your self-improvement journey.
One of the hardest lessons we’ve learned? The power of perception. Here’s why it matters. ⬇️🧵
Your perception shapes your reality. Change your perspective, and you change your world.

So can daily workouts.
So can healthy food.

Strategic use of dopamine is one towards the important stuff. Stuff that will shift a needle.
