Just rode my mountain bike to the top of chipman hill in middlebury without stopping I was not able to do that a month ago. Since I quit smoking weed I have lost 40 lbs. I’m allergic to it. And it wrecked my metabolism. Today is day 9 free of all substances. I will survive
