In Wonder Halloween, Tsukasa went to the hospital to get his head checked after he hit it during rehearsal. We don't know if he thought of it himself or someone told him to do it but the concerning part about this only shows itself when you look at his current focus event.

I only now realized how Tsukasa fights mental issues since his childhood while Saki fights physical issues. Saki is getting better as she knows how to deal with her illness but Tsukasa is getting worse due to him subconsciously falling deeper into a vicious cycle.

So, I believe that not only is it shows that Tsukasa lives for, but also for the people around him who he sees as true stars. The people surrounding Tsukasa are what the stars in the night sky are for Torpe. The piano/shows are a way to connect to the stars/people.
