Part of the genius in it is the fact that itadaki (頂) can mean summit/top as a noun but it’s also used a verb (the commonly fan-untranslated “itadakimasu” aka “I’ll be taking/receiving this” you’d hear in at the start of a meal.

I forgot to share the other day but shawty and I went to an escape room on our last date and we killed it lmaoo it was James Bond themed + we cleared w. 3 mins left!!! Definitely goin again, they got like 8 rooms at this venue… also oop I meant to hold the signs upside down lol
