I wrote the Gravity Falls Episode where Dipper does "The Lamby Lamby Dance." It unfortunately came from real life: Anytime my mom left me alone with my sister, she would dress me up in this bunny costume and make me dance. My pain is the children of America's gain!

The Gravity Falls character "The Love God" MIGHT be based on me.... hard to tell tho. I was asked to audition for the exuberant, slurry, possibly drunk, positivity-monster- so on my way to the recording studio I got absolutely HAMMERED. ...I did not get the part.

Nimona is a really heartfelt, fun, wonderful movie that made me CRYYYY! I loved @Gingerhazing 's graphic novel and it was so nice to see it lovingly brought to life + i'm SO happy for the crew that it got saved! It's on Netflix! Watch it! Support great original animation!

From storyboard to final look. My thought process behind this beauty was that the owner of Dinostop needed to find a head for his broken brontosaurus statue. One day, he found an off model Homer Simpson head on EBay and the rest was history. #TheMitchellsVsTheMachines

I Found a Lost Gravity Falls Superpowers Episode! Soos makes a homemade comic where he+Dipper+Stan+ Mabel+Wendy are a Super-Team! They have bizarre Soos-invented powers (Dipper is "Salad Boy" lol) NO IDEA why it didn't get made hahaha. IMAGINE THE SALAD BOY T-SHIRTS!

When things got real+ we made Katie explicitly queer on screen- most at the studio were cool. But some were VERY nervous. I asked Lizzie what she thought + she wrote her AMAZING letter + said: "I'm really scared, but use my name anyway, because this is worth fighting for." 5/8

When our LGBTQIA+ crew talked about how meaningful it would be for Katie to be confirmed as queer on screen, we worked with them to make it feel authentic. We didn't set up a big meeting with the studio + ask permission we just put it in the movie.
