Lifelong learning is a theme that I believe will impact the way we approach learning. In the old world, you learn from 5-25, work from 25-65, and retire. In this new era of lifelong learning, you learn from the age that you are born to the age that you retire, if you ever retire.
No longer are you going to be able to fill your “knowledge tank” up to age 25 and drive off through life, you are going to keep on needing to refuel to stay current and relevant.
A theme I love is “invisible learning”... learning without consciously doing it. Gaming is a great example of this opportunity with over 2.5 Billion gamers globally.
