Sleep is the main reason that people stay at hotels (duh). But there is little research on hotel sleep! So @rebeccasrobbins and I, with @adamknowlden and Kimberly Severt examined which aspects of hotels are most impt for sleep, and how they relate to overall guest experience!

Dreem received FDA clearance for measuring sleep stages at home. Thismeans that it is "good enough" to be trustworthy. However, be aware that their marketing falsely claims that this means that it is "equivalent to in-lab polysomnography"
